How to become a live-in carer

Step 1: Apply online or contact us

Step 2: Phone interview

We’ll then ask you for a phone interview, which should last 15 minutes. This is also an opportunity to ask any extra questions about the role and process.


Step 3: Training & selection week

Next is our "Carer Training Course" covering all key elements of the Care Certificate. Day one involves a face-to-face interview, unless you’ve done this already.


Step 4: Customer match

After successfully completing training, we’ll match you with a customer, based on your skills, previous experience, location and preferences.
